First Line Support Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for 1st line support to take care of the Windows workstations on site.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the technical first-level support of our customers via telephone and email
• You instruct users in new end devices and applications
• Participation in systemic performance reviews, identifying the causes of poor performance and making suggestions for improvement.
• Review recurring or major incidents and manage them through the problem management process.
• Installation and configuration of workstations, updates and ensuring that they function properly
• Error analysis and rectification as part of the first-level support for hardware and software

Requirements

• You have completed IT training or similar and have already gained practical experience
• You have knowledge of IT support and / or IT service desk and have a good technical and organizational understanding
• You enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with sensitivity and openness to cultural differences
• You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
• You are a service-minded and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
